Applications for the 2017 NCYC Catholic Youth Ministry Resource Expo are now being accepted. The exhibit space application must be completed online through this site. Within five (5) business days of confirmation of space assignment, full payment for booth(s) and proof of insurance (either Certificate of Liability Insurance or signed Self-Insured Agreement Form) is due or exhibit space may be reassigned. Promptness in applying for space is recommended as exhibit space is limited and sells out quickly. All exhibitors requesting space will be asked to provide information for a secondary contact person. NFCYM reserves the right to refuse space to any applicant who, in the opinion of NFCYM, is unlikely to contribute to the overall objectives of the conference.

Sales Period

The sale of exhibit space will end when all booths are sold or on October 6, 2017, whichever comes first.

Selection and Assignment

NCYC sponsors receive priority in selection and assignment of exhibit space followed by NFCYM members and then general applicants. NFCYM expects to complete assignment of sponsors and members on or about August 11. At that time, accepted applicants will be notified in batches by email that they may log in to the interactive site to select space. Notifications will be made in the order in which applications were received and accepted. Once notified, space is on a first come, first served basis.
