Make a Registration Deposit
Several dioceses have contacted NFCYM about the difficulty of keeping NCYC deposit money on diocesan books across fiscal years. To assist with this challenge and to address biennial cash flow issues leading into NCYC, NFCYM is offering all delegations the option to make a registration deposit. Deposits will be tracked and applied to the delegation’s final balance as calculated upon submission of registrations.
No participant information needs to be imported into the system for a deposit to be made. However, delegations that make a deposit (postmarked) prior to August 15 of 55% or more of their estimated final payment will receive wristbands for early entry to Lucas Oil Stadium (LOS)* on either Thursday, Friday, or Saturday nights. The delegation leader chooses which night. The incentive applies to the entire delegation. (Wristbands will be distributed at onsite registration.)
NOTE: Submission of a deposit does not lock in the registration rate. Participant details must be entered and a final registration invoice generated no later than 11:59 pm CT on September 30 for the regular registration rate to apply ($225 for affiliated dioceses/$265 for non-affiliated dioceses). Invoices generated between October 1 and October 31 will be calculated at the late registration rate ($265 for affiliated dioceses/$305 for non-affiliated dioceses).
